2026 Howard Vineyard Estate Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Our House Style of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blended together. The Chardonnay grape adds texture and nutty flavor to the blend, while the Pinot Noir grape variety gives the wine red fruit notes. Look for green apple, fresh citrus and peach notes from the Chardonnay and strawberry notes from the Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir Chardonnay sparkling wine has intense mineral aromas, a toasty taste, creamy texture, and good aging potential.

Winemaking
Winemaking 50% Pinot Noir 50% Chardonnay The fruit was picked early from low yielding 30-year-old vines. Grapes were picked in the coldest part of the night to preserve fruit quality and retain freshness. Pinot Noir is picked fractionally riper to give richness and fruit definition. Chardonnay is picked very early to provide structure to the blend. All parcels are fermented separately with assemblage occurring after 4 months of age prior to tirage and bottling via the Charmat method. Dosage 4.3 g/L
Bouquet
Bouquet is bright and fresh on the nose with aromas of spring blossom, raspberry and hints of strawberry bubblegum.
Palate
Palate is vibrant and youthful with an explosion of raspberry, pink grapefruit, crunchy pear, and lemon zest. Partial malolactic fermentation introduces a subtle, creamy fullness which is balanced beautifully by natural fruit sweetness
